Tameka Raymond has lost custody of the two sons she shares with Usher, reports TMZ.
A judge awarded the R&B singer primary custody of Usher Raymond V,
and Naviyd Raymond, but Tameka will still be allowed to have contact
with the children.
The former couple has been embroiled in a bitter custody dispute for
several months. Although it looked like the judge would side in her
favor after Usher was held in contempt
for cancelling her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card, things have taken a
decidedly different turn. “A woman's loyaly is tested when her man has
nothing…A mans loyalty is tested when he has everything” Tameka tweeted,
Friday (Aug. 24).
Last month, Tameka suffered the loss of her 11-year-old son, Kile Glover,
who died in a waterskiing accident. She moved to not delay the custody
hearing after her son's death, and accused Usher of pretending to be
sympathetic to garner public support. Glover was buried in an Atlanta cemetery, following a funeral service, which Usher reportedly did not attend.
At the height of their battle, the 33-year-old painted his e-wife as
being unable to control her emotions. According to Usher, one incident
ended with his girlfriend, Grace Miguel, being spit on after traveling to Tameka's home to drop off his son.
