Wiz Khalifa Responds to Criticism of Album Cover Art

Wiz Khalifa recently released the cover art work for his upcoming O.N.I.F.C. album, and the image is a little different than what many people expected it to be.  On the cover, Wiz is sitting in a chair, wearing white pants with red stripes, no shirt so his torso tattoos are visible, and a short white fur coat.  Many people have tweeted their confusion about Wiz's choice to create this image for the cover of his highly anticipated album.  His stylist, Fatima B., explained how many people might not understand his artistic concept.
"I can understand both sides of people getting it or not getting it.  It's like Kelis [paving the way with her style] six years ago and you see all these artists now [mimicking it].  If you see how Wiz dresses now, it already gives you this whole hippie feel.  This whole '70s vibe. This sleazy, rockstar-type image. This is what we wanted it to be and we wanted people to see the transition from how Wiz used to dress, up until now. This is where we're at with the album, the music. It all goes together."
