Denied Again: Judge Denies New Child Custody Trial For Tameka Raymond

Despite a federal investigation into the case, Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane denied Tameka Raymond a new child custody case on Tuesday.

Tameka Raymond's lawyers initially filed a motion for a retrial in September, due to suspicions that the Judge had a special relationship with Usher's attorney. A federal investigation followed, but as previously mentioned, the motion was denied. Usher retains his primary custody of their two sons.
