Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Silver has been banned for life from having any association with the Clippers or the NBA after Commissioner Adam Silver confirmed Silver's voice can be heard on a recording making racist comments, telling his then-girlfriend not to bring black people to basketball games.
Silver has also fined Sterling $2.5 million, the maximum amount allowed.
