TMZ Reports: Paula Deen can't apologize enough to stop the bleeding -- Kmart and Sears are now cutting ties with her in the wake of the n-word controversy ... TMZ has learned.
Sears Holdings -- owner of Sears and Kmart stores -- tells us, "After careful consideration of all available information, we have made the decision to phase out all products tied to [Paula Deen's] brand."
But the retail giants -- which carry Deen's cookware and dishware lines -- seem to be guilty of a little fence-sitting, because they added ... "We will continue to evaluate the situation."

Stayin On Top: Floyd Mayweather Tops The List of Highest Paid Athletes Again
Without any endorsements at all, Floyd Mayweather has once again topped the list of highest-earning American athlete. He's not Money Mayweather for nothing.
The boxer is expected to rake in a cool $90 million in 2013, while the next closest, LeBron James, is expected to make only $56.5 million.
Following James is Drew Brees with $47.8 million, Kobe Bryant with $46.8 million, Tiger Woods with $40.8 million, Phil Mickelson with $39.5 million, and Derrick Rose with $33.4 million.
