Ex-MLB player Milton Bradley caught 13 counts related to several attacks on his estranged wife today, and faces up to 13 years in prison.
The charges spread across five different incidents, and include 4 counts of spousal battery, 4 counts of criminal threats, 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon, 2 counts of vandalism and 1 count of dissuading a witness from making a report.
Bradley's wife Monique first filed domestic abuse complaints after an incident in which Bradley allegedly choked with both hands. His supposed reason for the aggression was Monique's request that he stop smoking marijuana in front of their kids.
Both sides have filed for divorce.
