DAMN!: Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson Arrested, Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail

Once again, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson has lost. The currently unemployed NFL receiver was arrested today for a probation violation and has been ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

The kicker is that Evelyn Lozada's ex-husband could have avoided his fate. TMZ reports:

Chad Johnson was just arrested and placed in handcuffs inside a Florida courtroom ... after the judge in his probation violation hearing ordered the ex-NFL star to spend 30 days in jail.

The move comes after Johnson pissed off the Broward County judge by slapping his male lawyer's butt during the hearing.  As previously reported, Johnson's attorney was thiiiis close to sealing a deal that would have kept Johnson OUT of jail for violating his probation earlier this year.

But the butt slap enraged the judge ... and she took the deal off the table.

Now, Johnson's punishment is much harsher than what was originally proposed -- and he has been ordered to spend 30 days in jail.  His probation was also extended until December 21, 2013 ... and he must complete an additional 25 hours of community service along with extra therapy sessions.

The Struggle: Chad Johnson Too Broke To Pay Agreed Upon Child Support

Chad Johnson is really just drawing the short end of the stick over and over. After recently becoming a wanted man in Florida, TMZ reports that his finances are in disrepair.

Chad filed court docs relating to his battle with baby mama Andrea Pearson, requesting that the judge lower his child support payments because he simply can't pay it. He currently pays $5,420 every month to Pearson.

Chad agreed to the amount back in March 2012, when he still had an NFL team. Now however, he "finds himself without a contract and without a team. Simply unemployed."

Additionally, Chad knows that at this point, he'll never make the kind of dough he used to.

Chad Johnson's disastrous relationship with Evelyn Lozada is coming back to haunt him. TMZ is reporting that a warrant was issued for his arrest In Florida, in connection with the domestic violence charge he caught last year.

Ochocinco has been absent at his meetings with the probation officer, and apparently never showed proof of his enrollment in the "Batterers Intervention Program."

Once Johnson is taken into custody, there will be a hearing to determine whether or not he really violated his probation. If he did, it could means the clammer for Chad.
