The rapper and his baby's mother Jessica Smith negotiated a deal in January for him to pay her $1,662 a month in child support for their 10-year-old son based on his stated monthly salary of $16,516.
Shortly after the deal was struck, Smith saw Future on television bragging that he carried $25,000 minimum on him at all times.
Smith immediately filed new documents to have the first agreement thrown out. She's asking the court to grant her more child support based on the belief Future makes more than $50,000 a month, according to TMZ.
