The Elusive "Who's Next": XXL Reveals It's 2013 Freshman Class With New Cover!

XXL has rolled out it's 2013 Freshman Class. Their choices will be heavily scrutinzed by hip hop fans. Some choices will be universally praised, while others will be questioned.

Two Black Hippy members (Ab-Soul and Schoolboy Q) made the list. And Chief Keef was chosen as the 11th Freshman in a class that usually only has 10.

XXL promises to reveal why Keef was added soon.
