HOA Fees Much!?!: Chris Brown Fined for Doing Graffiti on His Own Home

Chris Brown has been charged $376.32 by the City of L.A. to pay for the inspector that checked out his house to determine who was responsible for the graffiti outside of his home. His neighbors complained last week about "unpermitted and excessive signage" on the exterior walls of his property, and Chris was cited for it.

It wasn't clear initially who was responsible for the heavy amounts of graffiti that cover a large portion of the outside walls of his home, until pictures popped up on April 26th of Chris Brown in the act of holding spray paint cans and smiling. The graffiti is currently still there, but Chris has been ordered to remove it or be fined again.

If he doesn't pay the $376.32 within 30 days, the fee will increase greatly to $1,176. That's a big jump, but still light change to Chris.
