More Struggle: Chad Johnson Asking Judge For Mercy After Being Sent To Jail

Chad Johnson is probably wondering if his luck could get any worse, but that isn't stopping him from fighting for his freedom. Ochocinco filed legal docs today requesting that the judge reconsider her ruling, after jailing him Monday for an inappropriate a** slap.

Adam Swickle, the lawyer whose butt Johnson playfully slapped, filed the documents, which claim that Chad meant no disrespect by his questionable action. 

Johnson was originally going to accept a settlement for his probation violation that didn't involve jail, but after the a** slap, the judge immediately decided to put him in jail for 30 days.

The judge will possibly reconsider on Monday. Until then, Chad will have to sit in the slammer.
