Andrew Rossig, 33, James Brady, 32, and Marco Markovich, 27 and 29-year-old Kyle Hartwell (who is being dubbed as the “ground spotter”) have all been charged with burglary, reckless endangerment and jumping from a structure. Rossig explained to The New York Times that the they all just “kind of walked in,” putting the security on blast. “It’s supposed to be the most secure building in the world. God forbid it was somebody else getting in there with a real intention to harm New Yorkers.”
