TMZ reports that Cici was sued by the Hit Factory club in West Hollywood for allegedly pulling out of a Friday night concert there. Ciara's reps claim they told the club she could not make the performance, but they continued to promote it anyway.
The club took the opportunity to have the singer served right in the middle of her show last night. Cici took the papers from the server, looked at them and then tossed them back.
