"SHELTER IN PLACE. Gunshots have been reported on Capitol Hill requiring all occupants in all House Office Buildings to shelter in place. Close, lock and stay away from external doors and windows. Take annunciators, Go Kits and escape hoods; and move to the innermost part of the office away from external doors or windows. If you are not in your office, take shelter in the nearest office, check in with your OEC and wait for USCP to clear the incident. Never Again: Taco Bell Worker Fired After Shell-Licking Pic Goes Viral

A Taco Bell employee who thought it would be a fun idea to have his photo snapped while he licked a stack of taco shells was fired after the picture went viral on Facebook.

One Facebook user who posted the pic on Taco Bell's Facebook page received a response from the restaurant chain saying that they were taking swift action against those involved.

"This sure says a lot about your employees, food treatment, and what they post on the internet", wrote the user.

Taco Bell responded to the user, saying, "We have strict food handling procedures and zero tolerance for any violations. We believe this is a prank and the food was not served to customers. We are conducting an investigation and will be taking sweift action against those involved."

On Tuesday Taco Bell released a statement that the employee is being terminated.

"Our franchisee is responsible for the employment and conduct of his restaurant’s employees and he has informed us that he immediately suspended the employee shown in the photo and is in the process of terminating his employment. The employee who took the photo no longer works there. As we complete our investigation we will work with our franchisee to implement any additional action we find appropriate to address this situation and ensure it never happens again."
